When registering, provide your legal name, residential address, email and birth details. Registration gives us permission to verify your identity and contact information.

Evidence of identity

We may request a government-issued identity document with a photograph, evidence of where you live and confirmation that your payment method belongs to you. Further documents or a live telephone check may be necessary. If the documents are unavailable in either Latin or Cyrillic characters, we may use video verification.

Bitcoin deposits and wagering require an identity check first. An account can stay suspended while requested information is being checked. Invalid or missing evidence can result in closure and loss of the balance.

Uploads and payment checks

Use the Documents area in your profile to submit files and follow their verification status. We hold refunds and withdrawals until account verification is complete. If we cannot contact you for two weeks during a withdrawal check, the account is locked and the request is cancelled.
